From:	Marshal of the Corps Mike Houghtaling, Commandant of the RMMC
Re:	Appointment of Staff Operations Officer for Special Projects (Corps Directive 02-2311)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Regimental Sergeant Major Amanda Barrow, KDE, OG, MR, CGM, RMMC to the position of Staff Operations Officer for Special Projects.

I hereby authorize the following brevet under Corps Directive 02-2204 and Corps Directive 03-2204:

Amanda Barrow to Colonel (O-6).

Colonel Barrow, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, Office of the Commandant (RMMC) post haste where you will assume the duties of Staff Operations Officer for Special Projects.
