Adjutant General Order 2501-21 was issued 17 January 2025 by the Adjutant General. It activated a new chapter: the Black Marsh Lancers.

Attention to Orders: Effective as of 0001 Hours on 17 January 2025, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of The Black Marsh Lancers, a Royal Manticoran Army regiment assigned to 3rd Field Army, Fort San Martino, with unit headquarters in Tampa, FL.
2nd Lieutenant David Bozeman is appointed Commanding Officer of Strike Company, First Battalion, Black Marsh Lancers. With this order and attested commission, Lieutenant Bozeman, you are hereby breveted to the rank of MAJOR (O-4) as of 17 January 2025. In addition, you are hereby directed to take charge of this command and proceed to Fort San Martino to take service unto the Queen such that the preservation of the Star Kingdom be uppermost in your concerns and those of your unit.
Officer Candidate Jarred Deems is assigned Executive Officer of Strike Company, First Battalion, Black Marsh Lancers. With this order and attested commission, Mr. Deems is hereby commissioned as a Queen’s Officer and breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN (O-3).
Staff Sergeant Karen Paul is assigned as NCOIC of Strike Company, First Battalion, Black Marsh Lancers and hereby brevetted to the grade of MASTER SERGEANT (E-7).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to The Black Marsh Lancers:
