Introduction
The Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command is devoted to the developing the military skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities of members of the RMMC.
At present it provides courses in six schools: Enlisted, Warrant Officer, Officer, War College (Flag), Staff Officer, and Technical Specialties. Although it is strongly recommended that each service takes courses from its own branch of the Academy, the RMMC recognizes that it possesses skills which other branches of the Manticoran Armed Services can use and is happy for candidates from other services to take RMMC courses – provided they meet the strict eligibility criteria.
Marines are reminded that taking and passing courses opens the path to promotion, rather than guaranteeing it. Your chances of promotion are dependent on vacancies, your personal time in grade, your promotion points total, and your demonstrated commitment to TRMN.
Organization
Commandant
The Commandant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command including supervising the development of new courses for the academy, overseeing the faculty and staff, and hiring and firing of all faculty and staff.
Instructors
Instructors are the primary link in the chain between students and the Royal Manticoran Naval Academy. Instructors oversee a course or series of courses. They grade courses, post results and make certificates for students.
