Rear Admiral Strayer,
Having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of the Sovereign Queen Elizabeth III of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and Empress Elizabeth I of the Star Empire of Manticore, you are hereby appointed a VICE ADMIRAL OF THE RED (F-3A) in Her Majesty’s Navy, promotion to be effective the 17th day of November 2024.
Selection was by unanimous vote of the Flag Officer Promotion Board. Congratulations Vice Admiral Strayer!
