BuShips Directive 1311-08 was issued 12 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Vengeance (DD-11).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 12, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Vengeance, DD-11, under the command of Lt. Commander Michael Hunnicutt. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Mechanicsville, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Vengeance:
- Commander Michael Hunnicutt (assigned as CO of HMS Vengeance)
- Lieutenant, s.g. Zachary White (assigned as XO of HMS Vengeance)
- Chief Petty Officer Michael Romero (assigned as Bosun of HMS Vengeance)
- Spacer 3rd Class Ashley Romero
- Spacer 3rd Class Amber Breland
- Spacer 3rd Class Deborah Walker
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Zachary White to Lieutenant, s.g.
- Michael Romero to Chief Petty Officer
