The Royal Council was formerly the governing board of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
With the adoption of TRMN's Bylaws in 2023, the Royal Council became the Steering Committee[1] on the Board of Directors.
Composition
The Royal Council consists of the heads of TRMN's branches:
- Marshal of the Royal Manticoran Army
- Home Secretary (head of the Civilian Corps
- Chief Naval Officer of the Republic of Haven Navy
- Commissioner, Sphinx Forestry Commission
- High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy
