As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, the following Echelon Commanders are appointed
Task Group 31.1: New Commander is Rear Admiral Joe Lyons Task Group 32.1: New Commander is Captain (JG) Cindy Epard
These Commanders are appointed with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
