As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of SMCPO Coonradt:
I hereby name SMCPO Bill Lochen as Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
SMCPO Lochen’s main duties will be to make sure the enlisted Corps is represented on my staff and in conferences until he has completed the duties outlined in ND 18MAY-02 to locate the next permanent SMCPON
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 31-MAY-18
