| Re: | Staff Changes in the Office of the First Space Lord (ND 18JAN-02) |
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I am pleased to announce the following staff changes in my office, as follows:
1. Steven Rosenthal is appointed as Staff Intelligence Officer;
2. Jerald Andry III is hereby appointed as Chief of Staff and promoted to Commodore as a result of this appointment.
I would like to welcome both officers to my staff and to thank Commodore Michael Malotte for his services to me as Chief of Staff and wish him all the best as he continues to serve as Commanding Officer of HMSS Greenwich.
The Winner of the Fleet Excellence Award with Silver “E” for 2017 will be decided by myself and Commodore Malotte this year and, if needed, I will consult with the FLA for a tie breaking vote if it is needed.
