As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby name the following Echelon Commanders within First Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto:
BatCruRon 11 is to be commanded by Commodore James Kratzer, RMN BatCruDiv 111 is to be commanded by Captain, junior grade William Becker, RMN
