BuShips Directive 1503-07 was issued 26 March 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Pegasus (CLAC-26).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 26, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Pegasus (CLAC-26), under the command of Commodore Melyssa Smith. This is Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Pegasus:
- Commodore Melyssa Smith (and assigned as CO, HMS Pegasus)
- Commander Jesse Oquendo (and assigned as XO, HMS Pegasus)
