BuShips Directive 1611-03 was issued 06 November 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes the command of GNS Jason Mueller (SD-36).

Ensign Stevenson-Demkiw:
By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, SC, OR, Earl New Mecklenburg, you are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard GNS Jason Mueller (SD-36), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Protector, relieving CDRE Robert Demkiw, GSN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Per BuShips and BuPers policy, you are brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN, GSN, for this billet.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express its thanks and appreciation to Commodore Demkiw for his service as Commanding Officer.
The above orders are effective on this date, 06 November 2016.
