BuShips Directive 1302-03 was issued 16 February 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Athena (BC-449).

My fellow Manticorans,
(PLEASE FORGIVE THE DELAY) My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 16, 2013, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Athena, BC-439. The new Executive Officer is as follows:
Lieutenant Commander Ariel Kirst, Lt. Commander Kirst is also brevetted to the rank of Commander as of this date.
Remaining crew and Command Staff is unchanged.
