BuShips Directive 1308-01 was issued 1 August 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Devastation (DD-44).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on August 6, 2013, it is my duty to announce a new Executive Officer for HMS Devastation, DD-44. The new XO is as follows: Lieutenant, s.g. Amanda Ender
Remaining crew is unchanged.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
Amanda Ender to Lieutenant, senior grade
In Service to Her Majesty, the Queen
