BuShips Directive 1311-01 was issued 2 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Saladin (DD-515).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 2, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Saladin, DD-515, under the command of Lt. Commander Daniel Hamm. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Greenville, SC.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Saladin:
- Lieutenant Commander Daniel Hamm (and assigned as CO, HMS Saladin)
- Lieutenant, s.g. Alex Arritt (and assigned as XO, HMS Saladin)
- Chief Petty Officer Allen Chandler (and assigned as Bosun, HMS Saladin)
- Spacer 1st Class Arasin Staubly
- Spacer 3rd Class Michael Hamm
- Spacer 3rd Class Rayanne McClellan-Staubly
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
- Daniel Hamm to Lieutenant Commander
- Alex Arritt to Lieutenant, s.g.
- Allen Chandler to Chief Petty Officer
