BuShips Directive 1406-05 was issued 16 June 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Tisiphone (CL-112).

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 16, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Tisiphone, CL-112, under the command of Commander Jaeryn Spedden. This is an Apollo Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Omaha, NE.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Tisiphone:

• Commander Jaeryn Spedden (assigned as CO of HMS Tisiphone)
• Lieutenant Commander Lee Kolb (assigned as XO of HMS Tisiphone)
• Chief Petty Officer Anna Crowson (assigned as Bosun of HMS Tisiphone)
• Ensign Andrew Kolb
• Spacer 3rd Class Crystal Spencer
• Spacer 3rd Class Chris Gaddie
• Spacer 3rd Class Steven Holdren
• Spacer 3rd Class Terry Muller
• Spacer 3rd Class Zetta Smolen
• Spacer 3rd Class Josh Ericson

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:

• Jaeryn Spedden to Commander
• Lee Kolb to Lieutenant Commander
• Andrew Kolb to Ensign

This also places HMS Havoc into the Reserve Fleet for future use as needed
