BuShips Directive 1410-02 was issued 4 October 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It decommissions HMS Windsong (DD-119).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 4, 2014, it is my sad duty to announce the decommissioning of HMS Windsong, DD-119, under the command of Lt. Commander Laura Gallagher. This was a Chanson Class Destroyer and was assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Saginaw, TX.
This decommissioning is due to personal reasons on the part of the Command Staff and the inability to locate additional personnel to take over Command.
As of the date of Decommissioning, all personnel are re-assigned to HMS Hydra here a new pinnace is possible.
