My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 23, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMS Drake, CA-01. This is a Drake Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet (Bessemer City, NC).

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Drake, CA-01:
