My fellow Manticorans,
It is my sad duty to announce that effective as of 0000 Hours on July 12, 2012, it is my duty to announce the decommissioning of HMS Bedivere, DD-486, under the Command of Lieutenant Commander Eric Schulman and is assigned to the First Fleet.
