Naval Directive 16AP-06 was issued 27 April 2016 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This directive appoints a commanding officer for BatCruDiv 112.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint the new Commander of Battle Cruiser Division 112 (BatCruDiv 112). The new CO is:
Captain, junior grade Zach Fraser
You are hereby directed to assume your new duties as Commander of BatCruDiv 112.
Additionally you are hereby breveted to the rank of Captain, senior grade, effective immediately.
In addition I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the BatCruRon 11 Commander, First Fleet Commander, his Deputies and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 27-APR-16
