Effective immediately, the following changes are made to Army Directive 2201-04 and new directives are established:

Rescinding Portions of AD-2201-04

Rescinded: AD-2201-04.C - Reporting Requirements

Authority to Write RMA Chapter Doctrine

Doctrine Development:

  • The Office of the Adjutant General is granted the authority to write and establish doctrine for Royal Manticoran Army (RMA) chapters.
  • Doctrines will define the operational, ceremonial, and roleplay aspects of RMA chapters, distinguishing them from chapters in other branches.

Roleplay Perspective:

  • Doctrines will enhance the roleplay experience, ensuring the unique identity and traditions of the RMA are maintained.
  • This includes guidelines on chapter operations, uniform standards, insignia usage, and other relevant activities.

Compliance with Directives and Intellectual Property:

  • All doctrine created must comply with the intellectual property requirements set out by TRMN and/or BuNine, as well as any relevant RMA/Grand Alliance Joint Chief directives that may limit such authority.

All other sections of AD-2201-04 remain in effect. This includes the termination of the Home Guard Program and the continuation of the Colonel of the Regiment program under the conditions previously outlined.
