Dear Members of the Grand Alliance,
By the authority vested in me by the Sovereign, Queen Elizabeth III of Manticore, I hereby designate WindyCon as the Royal Manticoran Army’s Admiralty House event for 2024. WindyCon will take place from November 8-10, 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Oak Brook.
All members who actively participate in WindyCon, rather than simply attending, will be eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal. Additionally, they may qualify for other awards, such as the Silesian Peacekeeping and Observation Medal and the Masadan Occupation Medal. Furthermore, participation in this convention will contribute points towards earning your Combat Infantry Badge.
