As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby direct that FantaSci, to be held March 24-26, 2023 at the Hilton DoubleTree RDU in Raleigh, NC, is designated as the Royal Manticoran Army’s Admiralty House event at the direction of the Marshal of the Army.
All members who participate in the Convention (not simply attend) will be eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal. Other possible awards include the Silesian Peacekeeping and Observation Medal, the Masadan Occupation Medal, and the Havenite Operational Service Medal. Participation in this convention also counts toward points for your Combat Infantry Badge.
