As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Consular Attache' Debi Dreese-Hoch, KE, OGL, CGM, PC, CIVIL (Diplomatic) to the role of Chief of Staff. She is also promoted to the rank of Vice-Consul C-12 (Civil Diplomatic).
Dame Debi Dreese-Hoch, Vice-Consul, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your additional duties as Chief of Staff.
