As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby name Rear Admiral of the Red Jon Stout as Commanding Officer for First Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
Additionally, Jon Stout is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, effective immediately.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 01-AUG-17
