As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby Promote Earl Wayne Bruns, RMN-0855-12, from C-22 to C-22B. This is in accordance with his position of Deputy Home Secretary and his Outstanding Service to the Civilian Corps.
