As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby Promote Charge d’affairs Amanda Barrow (RMN-3975-16) to the rank of C-22B Deputy Home Secretary
Deputy Barrow, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, Government House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Deputy Home Secretary
