As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Minister Resident Amanda Barrow (RMN-3975-16) to the position Home Under Secretary of Home Office Department. With the rank C-20 Charge d’Affairs,
Home Under Secretary Barrow, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Government House, Office of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Deputy Home Secretary.
