BuShips Directive 1504-05 was issued 14 April 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions GNS Reuben (DD-10).
Order Text
My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on April 14, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of GNS Reuben (DD-10), under the command of Commander Nicholas Macon Hurst. This is a Jacob Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Houston, TX.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to GNS Reuben:
- Commander Nicholas Macon Hurst (CO, GNS Reuben)
- Lieutenant, senior grade Kenneth Oyer (XO, GNS Reuben)
- Chief Petty Officer John Husisian (Bosun, GNS Reuben)
- Spacer 3rd Class Matthew Ridgeway
- Spacer 3rd Class Mary Oyer
- Spacer 3rd Class Lea Hodge
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
- Kenneth Oyer to Lieutenant, senior grade (XO, GNS Reuben)
- John Husisian to Chief Petty Officer (Bosun, GNS Reuben)
