In light of their dedicated service to the RMA as members of the High Council as Deputy Chief of Staff - Operations and Deputy Cheif of Staff - Training and to help them fulfill their roles as such, I hereby promote the following members to the following ranks as of 09-09-2018:
- Brian Chappel to Brigadier General (F-1)
- Brad Lee to Brigadier General (F-1)
