Fleet Order 1903-B was issued 15 March 2019 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order appointed a new commanding officer and bosun to SMLAC Arminius (LAC-001) (IAN). BuShips delegates to Fleet commanding officers the authority for commissioning and command changes for LACs[1]

With the advice of BuShips that affected personnel have cleared the Command Review Board and are cleared for brevet promotion, the following appointments are made, effective 15 March 2019:
Obermaat Nathan NIEMI, IAN: You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard SMLAC Arminius (LAC-001), an Imperial Andermani Navy Light Attack Craft attached to the 30th LAC Wing, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Kapitänleutnant Aaron Haskins , IAN, in service to the Grand Alliance. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of Kapitänleutnant, IAN.
Additionally, you are further directed to make the following appointments to your command staff:
- Obergefreiter Angela PINEO, IAN is assigned as BOSUN and brevetted to the grade of Oberbootsmann, IAN.
