My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 11, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Death Claw, CA-437. This is an Edward Saganami-C-class Heavy Cruiser under the Command of Captain (j.g.) Beau Thacker and is assigned to the Third Fleet.
The crew of this ship are as follows:
- Beau Thacker to Captain, junior grade (assigned as CO of the HMS Death Claw)
- David Bailey to Commander (assigned as XO of the HMS Death Claw)
- Roger Blake to Chief Petty Officer (assigned as XO of the HMS Death Claw)
- Dan Dreesbach
- Christopher Coats
- Meridian Blake
- Nathan McCoy
- David Ragon

As of the date of Commissioning, the following additional personnel are breveted in rank:
