By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, Lance Corporal (E-3) RMN-4251-16 is hereby promoted to Corporal (E-4) in Fire Team Citadel, of the Royal Manticore Army. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above orders are effective as of 22 February 2020.
