Directive 005-19: award of the Home Secretary Medal

REF. The following member Wayne Bruns (RMN-0855-12) is hereby awarded the Home Secretary Medal.
In recognition of his exceptional in the service to the Civilian program in its development and to the Home Secretary. In addition he has been active in the Star Kingdom University System, serving at various times as instructor, exam writer, Regent and head of the Star Kingdom University System. He has serviced as Under Secretary to the Home Secretary since the creation of the Office of the Home Secretary.
His tireless hard work is an example of the best in a TRMN Civilian member.
