Office of the Home Secretary Directive 001-19 05 January 2019 To: All Civilian Departments, Members of the Royal Council, and all Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Saganami Island Academy Faculty, and all Allied Forces

REF. The formal establishment of the Royal Privy Advisory Council and appointment of its first members.
The Royal Privy Council is hereby formally established as authorized by the Royal Council. Effective date of its establishment is 05 January 2019.
The Following members are hereby appointed:
