As of the date of this order and by my Authority as Commanding Officer, Bureau of Supply, having completed appropriate TIG, sufficient points and any necessary exams, Steward Petty Officer Second Class Susan Cole is hereby promoted in accordance with AO 1707-01, to the Rank of Steward Petty Officer First Class.
