Army Directive 1803-01 was issued 02 March 2018 under the authority of the Marshal of the Army. It announces a change to KR1MA.

Effective today's date, March 1, 2018, by and under my authority as Deputy Chief of Staff, Training for the Royal Manticoran Army, I do hereby appoint 1st Lieutenant Raul Trevino, RMA, as Commandant of the King Roger I Military Academy and furthermore do promote him to the rank of Major in keeping with his duties, to rank as such from this date forward.
Additionally, the following personnel are appointed as instructors with the King Roger I Military Academy:
- Captain Edward Covarrubius, KE, GS, QBM, RMA - Medical Instructor
- Colonel Jeffrey Webb, RMA - Officer Training Instructor
Furthermore, the following personnel are appointed as branch directors with the King Roger I Military Academy:
- Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Sivula, SC, ME, CGM , RMN - Armory & Artillery Branch Director
- Master Chief Warrant Officer Christopher Michael O'Banion , RMA - Infantry Branch Director
