BuShips Directive 1404-03 was issued 15 April 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Artemis (BC-592).

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 15, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Artemis, BC-592. This is a Nike Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet (San Francisco, CA).

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Artemis, BC-592:

• Captain, s.g. Thomas Marrone (and assigned as CO of HMS Artemis)
• CDR Zach Perkins (and assigned as XO of HMS Artemis)
• CPO Michael Garcia (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Artemis)
• Lieutenant, jg. Erik Roberts
• Ensign Zachary McCauley
• Spacer 3rd Class Samantha Dolgoff
• Spacer 3rd Class Shon Elliott
• Spacer 3rd Class Brian C Johnson
• Spacer 3rd Class Jesse MacKinnon

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

Pinnace Roland-01 is hereby returned to HMS Roland (cleaned and polished, we hope) for later use as needed.
