BuShips Directive 1410-01 was issued 4 October 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Andromeda (BC-571).

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 4, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Andromeda, BC-571. This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Edmonds, WA.

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Andromeda, BC-714:

• Captain, j.g. Patrick McKinnion (and assigned as CO of HMS Andromeda)
• Commander Patrick Devine (and assigned as XO of HMS Andromeda)
• SMCPO Thomas Coonradt (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Andromeda)

• Lieutenant, s.g. Kristopher Lancaster
