Adjutant General Order 2407-02 was issued 5 July 2024 by the Adjutant General. It activated The Stonearch Atmospheric Wing, a new Royal Manticoran Army chapter.

Attention to Orders: Effective as of 2000 Hours on 05 July 2024, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of The Stonearch Atmospheric Wing, a Royal Manticoran Army Atmospheric Command unit assigned to 2nd Field Army, Fort Gryphon, with unit headquarters in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
Sergeant Marty Byers, RMN-4644-17, is appointed Commanding Officer of Number One Flight, Alpha Squadron, Stonearch Atmospheric Wing. With this order and attested commission, Sergeant Byers, you are hereby commissioned as a Queen’s Officer and breveted to the rank of Second Lieutenant as of 05 July 2024. In addition, you are hereby directed to take charge of this command and proceed to Fort Gryphon to take service unto the Queen such that the preservation of the Star Kingdom be uppermost in your concerns and those of your unit.
Staff Sergeant Jerry Keohen is assigned as NCOIC of Number One Flight, Alpha Squadron, Stonearch Atmospheric Wing
