BuShips Directive 1401-04 was issued 23 January 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions Pinnace Roland-01.
Order Text
My fellow members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 23, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Roland-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant, j.g. Zach Perkins and is assigned to the HMS Roland and Tenth Fleet. This Pinnace is based in San Francisco, CA.
The crew of this ship consists of:
- Captain(s.g.) Thomas Marrone
Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the rank shown below:
- Zach Perkins to Lieutenant, j.g.
They will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
