BuShips Directive 1406-04 was issued 16 June 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Manticore (SD-200).
Order Text
My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on June 16, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Manticore, SD-200. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain, senior grade, Tony Rowley is assigned as the Commanding Officer
- Commander John T. Erb assigned as Executive Officer
The Bosun and other crew of HMS Manticore remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Tony Rowley to the rank of Captain, senior grade
- John T. Erb to the rank of Commander
