BuShips Directive 1311-07 was issued 12 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Devastation (DD-44).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 12, 2013, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for HMS Devastation, DD-44. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Lieutenant Commander Amanda Enders assigned as CO, HMS Devastation
- Lieutenant, s.g. Joseph Morgan assigned as XO, HMS Devastation
Bosun and remaining crew is unchanged.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Amanda Enders to Lieutenant Commander
- Joseph Morgan to Lieutenant, s.g.
In Service to Her Majesty, the Queen
