Inclusion of Marine/Army Captain

Because we're redirecting all instance of the various Captain ranks to this page, I feel that we should add a section to include the use of the Marine and Army rank of the same name, rather than creating a separate page. An explanation of the differences between the two paygrades would fit better on a single page. Not to mention, it'll give us another Marine/Army rank page :) -- CDRE Sir Michael D. Changed Look

So, after reading the inclusion of the Army and Marine information, I realized that it was more difficult to understand from the perspective of a newbie reading this information for the first time. To that end, and with all due respect to CAPTJG Johnston, I made a significant change to the layout of the page to service all the branches individually and outlined clearly in the table of contents at the top of the page for easier reference. I'm not 100% sold on this layout, so if anyone has any suggestions or feedback, please reply back here. Thanks! -- CDRE Sir Michael D.
