BuShips Directive 1305-05 was issued 7 May 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Windsong (DD-119).

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 7, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Windsong, DD-119, under the command of Lt. Commander Laura Gallagher. This is a Chanson Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Saginaw, TX.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Windsong:

• Lt. Commander Laura Gallagher (assigned as CO of HMS Windsong)
• Karl Gallagher to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (assigned as XO of HMS Windsong)
• Erich Maybaum to Chief Petty Officer (assigned as Bosun of HMS Windsong)
• Spacer 3rd Class Jennifer Atkinson
• Spacer 3rd Class John Atkinson
• Spacer 3rd Class Tom Tjarks
• Spacer 3rd Class James Conason
• Spacer 3rd Class Matthew Walker
• Spacer 3rd Class Miles McDaniel
• Spacer 3rd Class Maggie Gallagher
• Private John Stump, RMA

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below

• Laura Gallagher to Lieutenant Commander (and assigned as CO of HMS Windsong)
• Karl Gallagher to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (and assigned as XO of HMS Windsong)
• Erich Maybaum to Chief Petty Officer (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Windsong)

As of this date, Pinnace Death Claw-01 is returned to HMS Death Claw for use as her Captain sees fit.
