The following member Thomas Bainbridge (RMN-4011-16) is hereby awarded the Home Secretary Award. In recognition of his exceptional in the service to the Civilian program and to the Home Secretary as Registrar He has worked hard on the development of the Records structure of the Registry System His constant hard work is an example of the best in a TRMN Civilian member.
