BuPlan Directive 2003-02 was issued on 11 March 2020 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. This directive announces the Winter 2020 Bureau of Planning Awards.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Vice Admiral of the Red Diane Bulkeley, KDE, KCR, MC, for her service as Second Space Lord, now retired. VADM Bulkeley submitted the awards below as her last act as Second Space Lord, I am honored to announce them on both our behalves.
We would both like to thank every member of the Bureau of Planning staff for their hard work and dedication to the organization. Effective Immediately the following awards are issued:
Captain JG Paul McPherson For his tenure with BuPlan.
Rear Admiral of the Red Kveta Torli Tonova Kveta has assisted BuPlan with creating new recruiting and marketing materials for use in the Czech Republic including assisting with translations and design elements.
Lieutenant SG Jane Moody Lieutenant SG Moody has been a member of the BuPlan staff for just over a month. Admiral Jan Kotouc (ret.) Jan has been working with BuPlan since before BatCruRon 39 became an official part of TRMN. He is now acting as our Agent for 13th Fleet and has assisted with a number of projects to help get marketing and recruiting materials translated into Czech for use.
He has also participated as a member of the staff and helped to brainstorm and develop new recruiting ideas and opportunities.
Mention is given to Lieutenant SG John Fairbairn has been a member of the BuPlan staff for just over a month and in that time he has been instrumental in developing and disseminating materials for the RMMM and Civilian branches of the organization.
