As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby issue the following Order clarifying who may wear the Fleet Staff Shoulder Patches on their uniform. As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby issue the following Order clarifying who may wear the Fleet Staff Shoulder Patches on their uniform. These patches may be worn by the following personnel:
