Order Text
To: | All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps |
From: | Marshal Sean Niemeyer, Marshal of the Corps |
Re: | Reporting (Corps Directive 01-1308) |
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby set the following policy regarding reporting within the RMMC;
Currently the RMMC does not have any sort of reporting mechanism or policy in place. This has never been an issue as up until recently the RMMC has only consisted of single members on various chapters. However as the RMMC continues to grow, reporting will become necessary. Therefore on January 1, 2014 reporting within the RMMC will become mandatory for all units Section sized and larger. Reports will be filed by the unit commanding officer and then forwarded up to the next level in the RMMC chain of command (MARDET commanders assigned to ships shall courtesy copy the CO of that ship), who will then compile and summarize the reports and then send that summary to the next level. The final link in the reporting chain will be COMFORCECOM. COMFORCECOM shall then take all the reports that have been submitted and then summarize those and submit those to the Commandant while sending a courtesy copy to the Deputy Commandant.
COMFORCECOM is hereby tasked with establishing;
- Any reporting policies and procedures not covered by this Corps Directive up to and including actions for failing to report. Any such policies and procedures shall be submitted to the Commandant of the Corps for review and approval,
- A reporting time table that allows for timely reporting,
- A report form to be used by units for reporting.
COMFORCECOM may make changes to any of the preceding 3 items at any time, however any changes must be first approved by the Commandant of the Corps and publicly announced, if possible, at least 1 month prior to their instatement.
The above effective 03-AUG-13
In Honour of the Queen!
