Please note this Directive is Effective as of 09-FEB-19
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of RADM Eddy Roberts due to personal reasons:
I hereby name Admiral of the Green Robert Bulkeley as Commanding Officer for Eighth Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
All other staff positions will remain the same at the request of Admiral Bulkeley.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 09-FEB-10
